Supply-Only Aluminium Windows for the Trade
If you fit your own windows and just want them made right, this is the route. VitrineAlu fabricates and supplies aluminium casement and tilt-and-turn windows to the trade, finished to your sizes and your spec, ready to install. You send the sizes, we specify the system, quote it, build it and hand over finished units. No install from us, no homeowner in the middle. Browse the full aluminium casement window range or read on.

What supply-only means here
Supply-only is exactly that. We thermally break, cut, fabricate and glaze the windows in Haydock, then supply you the finished units to fit yourself. You control the install, the site and the programme. We control the fabrication and the spec, which is the part most installers would rather not tie up bench time and tooling on.
It suits installers, builders, joiners and shopfitters who already do their own fitting but do not want to run an aluminium fabrication line in house. You get factory-finished aluminium windows without the system account, the saw, the crimper or the glazing line. Open a trade account and you order direct.
Casement and tilt-and-turn, configured to your job
Two window types cover most of what comes through. Casement windows are the workhorse, side-hung, top-hung, fixed lights and any combination across a frame, with whole-unit Uw from 0.85 W/m2K where specified. Tilt-and-turn windows give you inward tilt for trickle ventilation and full inward open for cleaning and egress, with Uw from 0.71 W/m2K on the right system where specified.
Every order is configured rather than picked off a shelf. Frame sizes, opening configuration, handing, sightlines, colour and finish, hardware and glazing makeup are all set per job. Tell us the sizes and what the window has to do and we route it to the system that hits it, with the whole-unit figure confirmed at quote.
- Aluminium casement windows, Uw from 0.85 W/m2K where specified, see the full spec on the dedicated casement page
- Aluminium tilt-and-turn windows, Uw from 0.71 W/m2K where specified, on the right system
- Polyester powder coat in a single colour or dual colour inside and out
- Glazing pockets accommodating 22mm to 58mm units depending on system
Specs you can configure
These windows are built to perform, not just to look right. Thermally broken aluminium throughout, with glazing accommodated from 22mm to 58mm depending on the system, so you can run a standard double-glazed unit or a heavier acoustic or triple makeup where the job calls for it. Acoustic performance to Rw 46 dB is available where specified, which earns its place on a road-facing or city-centre elevation.
Thermal figures are real but they are starting points. Casement Uw from 0.85 and tilt-and-turn Uw from 0.71 are where specified and confirmed per finished unit at quote, because the achievable figure depends on glass, size and configuration. The detail behind those numbers is set out in our guide to aluminium U-values, worth a read before you spec to a building control target.
Security and standards
PAS 24 security product routes are available across both window types where the job needs them, so you can supply into a project with enhanced security or Approved Document Q requirements without sourcing the units elsewhere. Tell us at quote stage if PAS 24 is in scope and we build to that route from the start rather than retrofitting it.
The windows are made to BS EN 14351-1, the product standard for windows and doors, with UKCA marking and Declaration of Performance support so your paperwork stacks up on site and at handover. If security is central to your spec, our guide to PAS 24 security covers what the test route actually proves.
How ordering works
Send us drawings or a schedule of sizes. We specify the right system for the performance you need, quote it, and once you approve we fabricate and supply the finished units to your site or yard. Pricing is confirmed per project at quote, and lead times are confirmed per project too, because batch size, finish and glazing all move the dial.
If a window schedule sits alongside doors or screens, we can quote the lot together rather than splitting it across suppliers. Start a job through the trade quote route, or look across the wider aluminium product range if the project needs more than windows.
When a homeowner asks
We supply the trade, not the public. If a homeowner comes to you having found us, that is the normal way round, you fit and we supply behind you. We do not sell finished windows direct to homeowners, and anyone who reaches us that way is pointed to find a vetted installer rather than handled direct. That keeps the install relationship yours.
Common questions
Do you install the windows or just supply them?
Supply only. We fabricate and supply finished aluminium casement and tilt-and-turn windows to the trade, and you fit them. We never install, so the site, the programme and the install relationship stay yours.
What is the difference between the casement and tilt-and-turn windows?
Casement windows are side or top hung and suit most elevations, with whole-unit Uw from 0.85 W/m2K where specified. Tilt-and-turn windows tilt inward for ventilation and open fully inward for cleaning and egress, with Uw from 0.71 W/m2K on the right system where specified. Both whole-unit figures are confirmed at quote against your opening. See the tilt-and-turn window page for detail.
Can you supply windows to PAS 24 for Document Q?
Yes, PAS 24 security product routes are available across both window types where specified. Flag it at quote stage so we build to that route from the start. Our PAS 24 guide explains the test route.
What glazing can the windows take?
Glazing is accommodated from 22mm to 58mm depending on the system, so standard double, acoustic or triple makeups all fit. Acoustic performance to Rw 46 dB is available where specified for noisy elevations. The glazing makeup and the figure it reaches are confirmed at quote.
How do I order and how long does it take?
Open a trade account, send drawings or a size schedule, and we specify, quote, fabricate and supply. Pricing and lead times are confirmed per project at quote, since finish, glazing and batch size all affect both.
